JOIN OUR CLUB 

To join our club, simply download this form, fill in your details and email it with proof of payment to gardenslawntennisclub@hotmail.com. Payment can be made by EFT (bank details available on the application form). A new member must make a pro rata payment if joining after June 30.

You will need to pay a once-off joining fee and buy an access disk if you are a new member.  Please select this on the form and include it as part of your membership fee. Upon receipt of your payment, an access disk will be issued to enter the club.
